Working Hours : 5.5 days office hours

(Mon to Fri : 8-5pm and Sat 8-12pm)

• Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, height and weight, eye screening (colour vision test, visual acuity, tonometry) ECG, and finger-prick test (POCT).
• Monitor and document Customer assessments in the EMR system and maintain confidentiality of all Customers\' information.
• Perform chaperone duty during doctor\'s consultation and physical examination and assist doctor during in-clinic procedure (when required).
• Attend to Customer\'s enquiries related to clinical (tests and procedures).
• Update child developmental information, vaccination records and coordinate any other medical reports.
• To coordinate specialist referrals and prescribed laboratory, radiology, and/or other related tests and procedures for patients
• Reviews and reports on test results, and follow-up on Doctor\'s instructions as appropriate.
• Procure and maintain inventories of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment. Ensure closer monitoring of drug inventory movement to avoid wastage/write-offs.

Ad-hoc responsibilities for mobile services:

• Support Mobile Team on nursing and admin duties.
• Travel to customers\' locations to provide Mobile Services (POCT, health screening or any other ad-hoc mobiles services).
• Perform phlebotomy procedures through venepuncture or capillary sampling with Point-of-care Testing (POCT) using proper, sterile, and safe techniques.
• Maintaining a safe and sterile work environment, assembling all medical instruments and supplies before preparing Customers for venipuncture procedures.
• Sort and records all blood specimens collected, ensure sample collected from the correct patient using the correct tube type, ensure specimen tubes and form are correctly labelled, and specimens dispatched to the laboratory in a timely manner.
