Provide HR operational support for all Human Resources, including: recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, compensation analysis, performance management, and reporting/analytics
Support and facilitate organizational changes
Processing of claims and valid pass
Process transactions in HR systems including promotions, new hires, terminations, organizational changes, etc. through required work flow processes
Liaise with HR specialists and partners, including Benefits and Payroll, to manage and resolve employee inquiries
Contribute to, and may have project ownership of, certain processes for HR-related initiatives
Manage headcount and create job descriptions for open positions
Creating and maintaining of employee P-Files
Support team with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources
Min 1 year of experience required
Office Hours/ 5 Days
Able to start work immediately
Excellent communication skills is a must
Good management skills of team
