Job Description
- The IT operations support personnel shall be responsible for supporting the clients, vendors and other stakeholders for products and services
- The IT operations support personnel shall perform the following routine work:
- Perform physical network infrastructure deployment and cross connect provisioning for internal and customers
- Generate and analyse operational data for network performance, statistics and usage reports for network.
- Higher NiTEC or Diploma and Above in any discipline
- Basic Knowledge on Networking and protocols is advantageous
- Good attitude and ability to learn
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift duty environment
- High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome
- English speaking environment
- Training will be provided
