Roles & Responsibilities Production Supervisor duties and responsibilities:

• Handling production equipment (e.g. operation, maintenance)
• Making skin and noodles
• Packing
• Carrying and shifting of flour and dough
• ensure stringent qualityof products
• Ordering of goods
• mangaging staff
• ensuring production flow and meet timeline for delivery
• ensure cleanliness of factory
• Ensure proper equipment maintainance
• assist with all sectors as and when required
• able to work in fast paced high intensity environment

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment
• Maintain the factory’s machines
• Store products and materials
• Meet the deadlines and ensure quality of production tasks
• Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
• Keep the worksite clean
• Review and follow manufacturing manuals
• Ensure products are packed and assigned correctly
• Ensure First in first out of Goods
• Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience as a production worker/supervisor similar role in a warehouse
• Good understanding of how production works
• Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good management in staff
• Class 3 license is a plus
• Harding and Fast learner
• Good command in english and mandarin
