Job Title: NPI Engineer (New Product Introduction)

Location: Tampines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Compensation: Upto S$ 4600 month AWS Variable Bonus (based on company performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory on product launches, including packaging development. Create and update Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly processes. Utilize and maintain Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP for production tracking and planning. Understand and support server and rack assembly processes. Participate in rack packaging design and improvements. Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities. Provide production support during mass production ramp-up. Assist in internal and external ISO audits.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good project management and coordination abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards is preferred.
