Peacehaven Nursing Home provides compassionate, individualized, holistic care to all without discrimination. We offer a comprehensive gamut of services to care for the sick, frail and elderly who have physical or mental disabilities with minimal or no appropriate caregiver support at home. The Home has 14 separate Resident Living Areas (RLAs), each designed as an individual home-like environment. Hope RLA is specially designed to meet the needs of relatively independent residents with dementia. DESIGNATION : Nurse Aide (PHNNH)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and support the nurses in the delivery of nursing care to the residents
- Assist in monitoring of vital signs
- Attend to the daily needs of the residents to ensure safety, comfort and well being of the residents
- Assist in the conduct of daily exercises for the residents
- Provide guidance to the Health Care Assistant and Health Attendant
- Maintain accurate documentation of care given
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by nurses
QUALIFICATIONS
Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support/Nursing Care/ITC in Healthcare/GCE N Level/Diploma in Nursing Able to work independently and communicate well with team
OTHER INFORMATION
Working Hours 44 working hours per week (1 days off per week according to roster) Shift duty according to the nursing roster
