Job Description



  • Collaborate with Senior Nurse Manager/ Director Nursing to define and develop plans that enable full participation for department innovative approaches to meet objectives
  • Lead and evaluate patient care activities by the staff to ensure care delivery is in accordance to established policies and procedures and guidelines
  • Conduct discharge planning and teaching for patients and/or caregivers
  • 3-rotating shift including PH
and weekends * Morning xe2x80x93 7am to 4pm; Afternoon xe2x80x93 12pm to 9pm; Night xe2x80x93 8.30pm to 7.30amJob Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or its equivalent
  • Advanced Diploma / Post-graduate in Nursing
  • Valid practising certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
  • Valid BCLS Certification
Job Type: Permanent / Full TimeSalary: $3300 - $3700SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) oversees the management of the three Community Hospitals under the SingHealth cluster - Bright Vision Hospital, Sengkang Community Hospital and Outram Community Hospital coming up in 2020. SCH aims to deliver a seamless and integrated care path for patients requiring sub-acute, rehabilitation and palliative care. The focus is to bring value-driven outcomes for patients and set new standards of care for community hospitals. SCH is supported by the medical expertise and research capabilities of the SingHealth-Duke NUS Academic Medical Centre.
