Our client is a Social Service Agency specializing in delivering thorough and expert eldercare services to individuals of varying backgrounds, including a significant number from low-income households or those facing financial hardship.

  • Bedside handlingand ward experience
  • Coaching experience for staff nurse
  • Communicate and enforce Nursing & Senior Day Care standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead infection prevention and control initiatives, including training, audits, and outbreak management.
  • Update and review policies, ensuring they align with current needs.
  • Develop staff competencies and address skill gaps for new and existing employees.
  • Identify and train key competencies for Support Care Staff.
  • Oversee standards and competencies of Staff Nurses.
  • Collaborate with various departments and allied services for staff training.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH, ENHS, and Clinical standards.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing or Certificate in Gerontology
  • Registered with SNB
  • Open to travelling to different centres if required
