JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to learner nurses/trainees at the hospital. You will also assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of in-service training and continuing education programmes JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to learner nurses/trainees at the hospital. You will also assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of in-service training and continuing education programmes for nursing and ancillary staff to ensure that learning outcomes are met. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Nursing with post-basic qualification Possesses advance diploma in a clinical specialisation and had worked at least 2 year post adv dip in that specialisation Must have been trained as a clinical instructor and experience in student/new nurses management and mentoring Preferably have experience and training in education or curriculum development (for ANC and above) Passion in teaching and coaching
