Description
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice through regular review of processes and engage the nursing team in training and development with the aim to provide comprehensive, integrated and cost-effective care.
- Use advance clinical skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care activities to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing care
- Provide nursing leadership, clinical supervision and administer medication when required
- Lead recruitment selection and allocation of manpower resources
- Monitor, assess and evaluate patients\' condition
- Oversee and manage the performance of the nursing team to ensure the desired level of work competency is achieved
- Participate in audits when required
- Other duties as assigned
- Min Degree in Nursing or any related field
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 5-8 years\' relevant experience
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
