The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in overseeing the operations of the nursing department. This is a management role, requiring good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:
Communicating the needs of the patients in facility to physicians
Assessing the health needs of each residents
Oversee nursing employee conduct
Oversee the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
Development and implementation of nursing procedures and policies

The Successful Applicant
You will be a self-driven and motivated employee with good knowledge and concept in nursing operations. In addition, you will possess
Degree in Nursing
At least 8 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
