Job Description

They strive to serve the healthcare needs of residents by providing affordable and high-quality medical care.The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in overseeing the operations of the nursing department. This is a management role, requiring good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:
- Communicating the needs of the patients in the facility to physicians
- Assessing the health needs of the patient
- Oversee nursing employee performance and conduct appraisal
- Oversee the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
- Development and implementation of nursing procedures and policies
- Degree in Nursing
- At least 8 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
