Staff Nurse

• Comply with approved Nursing SOPs
• Perform nursing/clinical procedures and treatment as require such as wound dressing and insulin injection.
• Participate in discussion with therapy team for residents\' care.
• Supervise Nursing Team comprising of Enrolled Nurse, Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistant.
• Leads and participate in clinical improvements and processes.
• Ensure proper record of nursing care and Residents\' Medication Record.
• Assist client to manage common age-related conditions such as incontinence and loss of mobility.
• Perform client\'s education and training.
• Assist in roster planning.
• Schedule care staff to attend external training and conduct their competency assessment and clinical competency.
• Oversee adequacy of medical supplies/ equipment and ensure regular quality control check of medical equipment

Enrolled Nurse

• Comply with approved Nursing SOPs.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to analyze and evaluate nursing care plan and ensure care plan is implemented by team.
• Identify symptoms of clients related to illness or decline in functional/cognitive abilities and advocate early attention.
• Mentor and guide, NAs and HCAs in performing their functional duties.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist client to manage common age - related conditions such as incontinence and loss of mobility.
• Assist Registered Nurse as when required.
• Other additional operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess Nitec / Diploma in Nursing
• Registered as Enrolled / Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
