To assist the doctor during the consultation or in any procedures/treatment . Handle any appointment booking and answer any phone call enquiries . Follow up with patients on any feedback/concerns that they may have . Interact and coordinate with different teams to ensure that the centre's operations is running smoothly and efficiently . Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all equipment/instruments and patients' records . Documents any patient assessment findings and progress . Provide administrative support to the department when required Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager Requirements . Recognized qualification in the nursing field . At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position . Good communication and interpersonal skill . Strong team player . 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday Half Saturday) Location: Orchard/ Buona Vista
