1) ??????????Receive and arrange the new admitted residents.
2) ??????????????????????Pay attention to listen to and communicate, ensure the residents' physical and mental health, and the comfortable life.

Do a good job of oral nursing care. Ensure the dentures, hearing aid and independent activity instruments' installation, wearing and maintenance. Protect well the skin and mucous membranes, such as abnormal symptoms (pressure ulcers, skin rash, itching, wounds, etc.), should report to the nurses in a timely manner.

Find and report the residents' diet related problems in a timely manner (such as anorexia, choking cough, aspiration, vomiting, swallowing difficulty, etc.), make record in the monitoring form. Weigh regularly for the residents and make record in the diet monitoring form.

In accordance with the defecation plan, help the residents to go to toilet, or use the toilet bedpan, prevent the constipation.
