Responsibilities

• Support nurses in delivering patient care and services, working alongside other healthcare professionals. This includes tasks such as sponging, feeding, and lifting and moving patients.
• Communicate with patients and their families to understand their needs and manage their expectations regarding service delivery.
• Contribute to the care management team by performing basic patient screenings and measurements.
• Handle clerical and operational duties within the ward to ensure smooth operations.
