Nursing Officer
Job Description
1 Supervise the Healthcare Attendants with regards to their duties according to their roster done by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) including bathing of residents and cleanliness of the Home\xe2\x80\x99s compound such as residents\xe2\x80\x99 rooms, bathrooms, laundry room, Maggie Murphy Memorial Hall, Handicraft room, Computer room, and corridors etc. 2 To oversee, supervise, train and coach Healthcare Attendants and junior nurses to increase their work competence. 3 Serve, supervise and help to feed residents during mealtimes. 4 Serve medicines and give injections where necessary. Do dressings & conduct regular rounds. 5 Prepare and attend to any Doctor or Allied Health Professional\xe2\x80\x99s visit when required. 7 To do necessary documentation of residents\xe2\x80\x99 records including updating of electronic care management system. 8 May be required to assume other shift and be on call duty. Orientation of visitors when necessary. 10 Record Donations-in-kind and in-cash in the book provided. 11 Supervision of volunteers and organized groups in the cleaning of the Home. 12 Call contractor like the plumber and electrician after office hours when needed. 13 Any other duties as assigned by Chief Nursing Officer/Director (Client Services)/ Executive Director when needed.
