Contract Extension : 24 Months

Mondays to Fridays during school terms: 7.00 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break

\xc2\xb7 Preparation work may be scheduled on selected weekdays during school holidays: 7.00 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break

\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

Daily upkeep of the food labs including sweeping, mopping, tidying of food labs and prep room.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare for & support lessons at the food labs.

\xc2\xb7 Collate orders of recipes from teachers and carry out timely orders of ingredients for daily lessons and examinations.

\xc2\xb7 Support NFS unit with filling and documentation, including billings, receipts, delivery order, etc

\xc2\xb7 Assist with internal stock-checking and assets checking.

\xc2\xb7 Manage equipment loans, book reference, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with contractors on equipment maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Support other department activities including those involving the use of the food labs.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s Personnel:

Secondary school qualifications or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Able to converse and keep records in English.

\xc2\xb7 Relevant certification on food hygiene, food preparation and food safety.

\xc2\xb7 At least three (3) years of similar experience in school environment.
