HEALTHCARE NUTRITION SOLUTION EXECUTIVE (ADULT NUTRITION)An exciting opportunity for a French multinational food and beverage companyLocation: Singapore (Field-based)Full time, PermanentPrimary purpose of the job:Main mission is to drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in adult nutrition. You will need to uncover the healthcare customer\'s (HCPs) needs and to provide suitable nutritional solutions. You will also need to gain HCPs recommendation/endorsement for our range of products and to ensure plans and activities are implemented effectively to achieve the function goals and objectives.About the role:

  • Main mission is to drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in adult nutrition.
  • You will need to uncover the healthcare customer\'s (HCPs) needs and to provide suitable nutritional solutions.
  • You will also need to gain HCPs recommendation/endorsement for our range of products and to ensure plans and activities are implemented effectively to achieve the function goals and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for Heathcare professional coverage in Singapore hospitals, Private Specialists and GPs.
Job responsibilities:
  • Drive HCP Recommendations
  • Call unto identified HCPs to establish strong scientific based relationship and position our range of solutions as the preferred solutions for the HCPs and position as the company of first choice.
  • Convince HCPs with the appropriate level of scientific and commercial argumentation to support DBN health agenda.
  • Record and report back on call visits and progress against set objectives.
  • Territory Management and Coverage
  • To identify business opportunity within assigned area and to develop business potentials to realize the potential of the respective area
  • Gain hospital listings to create product usage and brand awareness at patients e.g. via tenders and detailing
  • Call on and have on-going contact with identified lists of Healthcare Professional across the defined geographical area. E.g. To call on a list of HCP accounts within the territory assigned to her/him. To ensure regular visits to HCP in accordance with the census and frequency set
  • Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act these in order to help protect our market position
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and hand outs and answer any question from HCP
  • Timely following up on customer queries/complaints (high level consumer complaints)
  • Review business plan in line with cycle objectives on a timely basis with the Healthcare Nutrition Solution Director / Adult Nutrition Head
  • Ensure the accomplishment of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators assigned for him/her for his/her respective area on daily, monthly and yearly basis
  • Plan and implementation for tenders submission within the assigned territory
  • Achieve the assigned DIF and daily call requirements, quarterly review of HCP segmentation and effective call frequency in line with HCP segmentation.
  • Market Intelligence and Forecast
  • maintain and remain updated with market, competitive and other related information.
  • Update competitor intelligence and input into required template
  • Develop counter plans if foresee threats from competitions
  • Demand forecast accuracy based on analysis of past trends and calculation of current trend
  • Records and Reports
  • To compile and submit reports on activities in accordance to established formats and schedule.
  • To monitor and be responsible for monthly claims according to guidelines.
  • To provide on-time reports as and when required
  • To consistently review their activities to determine whether those activities are delivering expected returns
  • Daily database management and compliance with administrative procedures & processes
  • Networking
  • Build strong relationships to targeted HCPs and mapping the Decision-Making networks in the region
  • To establish a cordial working relationship with other departments particularly Trade Sales, Marketing and within Healthcare Nutrition.
  • Organize local symposia/seminars with HCPs and to give product talks as required to promote our range of solutions.
  • To organize and/or support medical / consumer events, seminars and activation identified by the company (medical and consumer related events) which may fall outside working hours.
Job Requirements:
  • Education Background
  • Minimum a Degree preferably with science / nutrition subjects
  • Strong nutrition/ dietetic knowledge will be an advantage
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience in working with the medical and health environment will be an advantage
  • To have minimum 3-5 years in sales/nutrition role
  • Team player
  • Analytical and good presentation skills
  • Passionate and results oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
