As a Nutritionist / Product Development Executive, you will play a key role in formulating and optimizing health and beauty supplement products. You will help expand our product portfolio, drive innovation, and ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand and bring new, market-leading supplements to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize formulations for new health and beauty supplements. Review and improve existing product formulations to align with consumer needs, market trends, and industry's best practices. Source and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and suppliers to drive product innovation. Monitor health, wellness, beauty industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory updates. Ensure regulatory adherence Manage product development timelines, documentation, and handover for new launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in product development, nutrition, or health supplements. Strong knowledge of functional ingredients, market trends, and supplement regulations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and supplier management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
