Responsibilities:
Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Lead and motivate FOH team to deliver service excellence
Handle rostering, inventory, and cost control
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Requirements:
2+ years supervisory/management experience in F&B
Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
Good knowledge of restaurant operations
Able to work shifts, weekends & PH
