Our client, a reputable healthcare company is looking for potential candidate to join their organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate a patient\'s condition and needs
- Develop a treatment plan for patients, laying out the types of activities and specific goals to be accomplished
- Review progress and upgrading the prescribed treatment as per the requirement.
- Educate a patient\xe2\x80\x99s family and employer about how to accommodate and care for the patient
- Liaise with doctors, family members, carers and other professionals and keeping them updated
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma / degree in occupational therapy
- Full registration with AHPC
- Good interpersonal and comunication skills
