Deliver high-quality occupational therapy as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals for each client.
Provide occupational therapy services for inpatient wards.
Design and implement therapy programs for clients with dementia, psychiatric conditions, musculoskeletal, and neurological disorders.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess and review clients' progress.
Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs) and volunteers in relevant areas.
Oversee Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
Conduct training for Therapy Assistants and caregivers.
Provide training and education to the team on occupational therapy-related topics.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
