Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients\xe2\x80\x99 physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional capabilities to identify functional deficits
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and patient needs
- Implement therapeutic activities, exercises, and interventions aimed at improving patients\xe2\x80\x99 functional abilities and independence
- Provide adaptive equipment recommendations and training to facilitate patients\xe2\x80\x99 engagement in daily activities
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on techniques for enhancing independence and overcoming barriers to daily living
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
