Job Details
- Permanent position

- Location: Toh Guan (transport provided at Jurong East)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6:30pm)
- Supervise daily operational tasks to ensure that processes and procedures adhere to regulatory, customs, and contractual requirements.
- Convey customer specifications and assess pertinent data to effectively manage inquiries and complaints.
- Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sea Freight Import & Export team to ensure that services are well-organized and compliant with local regulations, maintaining smooth operations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings, service improvements, and process enhancements.
- Work closely internally for improvement and development meeting customer\'s EDI request/operation enhancement
- Preferably 5 years of experience in Ocean Freight Operations
- Possess a Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred
