Job Description

The incumbent will execute ocean import operations with the objective of operational and service excellence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the documentation for the company's Import activities Responsible for the permit declaration and clearance delivery required Responsible for Import documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer's inquiries are answered. In charge of liaising with the company's vendors/suppliers for import shipments In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when required Experience in transshipments & cross-border shipments Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline



Good working knowledge of MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word



Minimum 2-3 years working experience in ocean freight forwarding operations



Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus
