Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential joint venture partners in the aviation industry
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the aviation sector, including key players, trends, and market dynamics
Identify strategic opportunities for partnerships that align with our business objectives and growth strategy
Initiate and manage partnership discussions with potential partners, including presenting business proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements
Create business plans and board papers to ensure timely conclusion of agreements
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize value for Segment ACS
All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal OEM Cooperation Manager should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field. MBA preferred
5-7 years of relevant professional experiencein sales, program management or key account or cooperation management
Knowledge of managing complex programs/projects,designing, modelling and implementing corporate strategies
Knowledge of internal processes and relationships between Segment ACS and LHT
Ability to work in a team and strong ability to lead, instruct & motivate employees across regions, locations and organizations
English language fluent
Knowledge of an Asian language or German desirable
Able to travel within Asia & to Germany
