Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential joint venture partners in the aviation industry
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the aviation sector, including key players, trends, and market dynamics
• Identify strategic opportunities for partnerships that align with our business objectives and growth strategy
• Initiate and manage partnership discussions with potential partners, including presenting business proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements
• Create business plans and board papers to ensure timely conclusion of agreements
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize value for Segment ACS

• All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

The ideal OEM Cooperation Manager should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field. MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experiencein sales, program management or key account or cooperation management
• Knowledge of managing complex programs/projects,designing, modelling and implementing corporate strategies
• Knowledge of internal processes and relationships between Segment ACS and LHT
• Ability to work in a team and strong ability to lead, instruct & motivate employees across regions, locations and organizations
• English language fluent
• Knowledge of an Asian language or German desirable
• Able to travel within Asia & to Germany
