Perform and complete the operation you are performing IAW the required technical data referred to in your job traveller. (operation sheets, blueprints, IRLs, OEM SPMs, written instructions from engineering)
Assist engineering with new part development.
Report nonconformances related to parts, paper work, equipment, tooling or materials to the immediate Cell Leader.
Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area
Experience Level Requirements:
min 3 years of similar duties in the aerospace environment
Skills Required:
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical document
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask
Skilled in the use of micro meters, callipers, verniers, gauge blocks, radius gauges, gauge pins and visual aids.
Basic shop math, read, write, and interpret English, effectively utilize lifting devices, ability to interpret travellers and work instructions, ability to verify log and procedures for accuracy
