Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Operations Management Level Intern/Trainee & Summary Our Operations and Change Management team drives technology, process and people transformation within PwC Singapore. We work closely with the firm’s leadership and a diverse group of internal stakeholders to deliver the firm’s strategic vision. To achieve successful transformation, the team strives to walk alongside with our stakeholders through the entire change journey, to keep disruption minimal and empower people to adopt new ways of working. We are looking for candidates to join us for our off-cycle internship from April for 5-6 months. Responsibilities:

• Support the production of communication materials for change projects and events to build awareness and desire for the change (e.g. videos, animation, presentations, infographics, posters, user guides, FAQs, email messages, google sites etc.)
• Work with the team’s communication function to design appropriate materials, create storyboards and deliver creative communications.
• Assist in reviewing and editing communication materials to ensure alignment with branding standards.
• Support team and project administration tasks ( e.g. documenting minutes, scheduling meetings, organising presentations and project documents etc.)

Competencies:

• Skilled in video editing and powerpoint animated videos
• Skilled in graphic design programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar) would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (i.e. Google slides, docs, sheets, drive etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools ( i.e. word, powerpoint, excel )

Requirements:

• Students pursuing a diploma in mass communications or design
• Excellent written and verbal skills in business English
• Experience in leading school/external engagement activities would be an advantage
• Able to work independently with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Passionate about the field of change management, internal communications and people engagement
• Digital mindset, innovative and has a curiosity for exploring new ways of working
• Customer-centric with an empathy for people
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
• Have a good co-curricular activities record
• Candidates to share their design portfolio as part of their application
