Job Description

We are seeking an Office & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and accounting tasks. You will handle supplier payments, client billing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, while ensuring smooth office operations.





Responsibilities



Oversee office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination Process supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash Prepare client cost estimates and issue invoices Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online (AP, AR, expenses) Handle monthly bank reconciliations and assist in basic financial reporting Support HR administration such as leave records and staff claims Maintain proper filing of contracts, receipts, and office records Liaise with external accountant/auditor when required

Requirements



Diploma in Accounting, Business, or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in office admin and/or accounts support Proficiency in

QuickBooks Online

Strong working knowledge of

Google Suite

(Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) High attention to detail and organisational skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills *

Bonus:

Familiarity with government grants and claim submissions
