Job Description


s:

  • Answer, screen and forward phone calls and emails promptly to resolve customer enquiries and issues.
  • Handles general office administrative / front desk duties including to ensure the office environment is well organized.
  • To greet visitors/guests in a friendly and customer-oriented manner
  • Assists Sales/Operation Manager in projects.
  • Support tender submission per requirements.
  • Liaise with clients/suppliers on documentations and contract matters.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
  • Manage and keep proper housekeeping of all Quotations and Sales Contracts
  • Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

Requirements:
  • Min GCE N/O/A levels or ITE tertiary or diploma or ProfessionalQualification with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and Zetta Solution system is preferred.
  • Communication in English is essential.
  • Friendly and customer-oriented with good communication skill.
  • A good team player, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work within short notice period will be an advantage.
  • Singaporean ONLY.

Other Information:
  • 5.5 working days per week
  • Salary: S$1800-S$2000 (Based on Experience)
  • Location: Tuas, Singapore
