We're Hiring! | Admin Assistant - Invoicing & AR/AP



Location:

Tuas, Singapore


Employment Type:

Full-Time


Salary:

$2,200 - $3,000 per month


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and alternate Saturday mornings .


Transport:

Company-provided transport from Joo Koon MRT


Availability:

Immediate

Join our dynamic team as an

Admin Assistant

!


You will support the

Accounting

and

Sales Departments

in managing

invoicing, logistics coordination, and AR/AP operations

.


Key Responsibilities



Prepare and issue

customer invoices

accurately and on time Handle

customer calls

, process orders, and respond to inquiries Coordinate with the

logistics team

for smooth operations Manage

Accounts Receivable (AR)

and

Accounts Payable (AP)

Assist with

bank reconciliations.


Requirements



Higher Nitec / Diploma in

Business Administration

or

Accountancy

+ O-Level / A-Level holders with 1-2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, AR, and AP will be an advantage Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

Word

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn Strong communication skills with a

positive and proactive attitude
