  • We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant
  • Office Location: West
The Talent:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Open to shift work (eg. 2 days 2 nights and 3 days off per week)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience

  • Managing call for emerge services
  • Data entry into emerge
  • Customer services followup
  • Training coordination
  • Transportation booking management
  • Admin work as assigned by team leads
  • Managing contractor safety database
  • Preparing of reports for leads
