Assistant to recrutement task: Shortlist suitable candidates based on their knowledge, skills, and experience, planning, meeting\xe2\x80\xa6
Employment Letter generation and issuance
Administer and support the process for new hires and resignees
To support administration tasks which include probation completion, issuing employment certification letters, confirmation letters, etc
Data entry in internal systems such as HRMS & Leave Management System
Administration support to the HR Team on internal employee policies, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition as well as learning & development
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Meticulous, responsible, and high level of integrity
1-2 years of HR or Admin experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365
