Our clients are seeking a friendly and well-organised Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office management and a positive company image.





Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage front desk inquiries Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics Support HR and finance in administrative tasks as required. Ensure the reception area and office are presentable at all times

Requirements:



Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent Prior experience in office administration preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
