Support all administrative tasks and HR related matters including
Support onboarding, exit procedures and related HR matters;
Review and manage ( China office ) staff expenses and ensure proper submission of supporting documents.
Prepare annual increments, bonuses and HR-related correspondence.
Assist on application/renewal/cancellation of employment passes.
Support staff welfare and organise staff functions;
Support recruitment process, manage resignees exit and new hires onboarding in a professional manner;
Maintain updated records of staff information at all times;
Manage all staff queries in professional manner;
Handle CPF submission on monthly basis for Singapore employees;
Keep abreast of the recent CPF changes and latest CPF rules;
Provide Finance with all HR related reports for Monthly closing : payroll report, bonus accrual & leave accruals ensuring report accuracies;
Support Budget and Forecast preparation on HR information \xe2\x80\x93 Payroll information /FTE/Staff Events;
Work with Culture Committee to plan events;
Manage cleaner and ensure office upkeeping;
Manage all office maintenance needs eg Aircon, water dispenser, printers, office supplies and etc;
Keep proper records of Office Assets;
Purchase office supplies including setting up laptop with India support;
Requirements
Min 3-5 years of working experience
Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Studies, Administrative or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of staff
Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
Able to converse with China office
Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft office, Powerpoint, Excel
