The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on office administrative matters which include:
  • Provide daily administrative support, including meeting coordination, office maintenance, and supply management
  • Handle invoice payments in collaboration with Finance and ensure timely processing
  • Manage reception duties, handle correspondence, and oversee courier services
  • Distribute internal documents and maintain office cleanliness
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation (Singapore travel if needed)
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office-related tasks
  • Assist in organizing company events and manage gift and entertainment expenses
  • Maintain leave records and oversee company transport arrangements
  • Handle visitor arrivals and public holiday announcements
  • Allocate seating and manage staff cards
  • Distribute company apparel and maintain employee contact lists
  • Update corporate hotel rates and undertake additional tasks as needed by the Company and HR Team
The Requirements:
  • Diploma in any fields of studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Advanced)

Other Information:

Location: West of Singapore (Company transport provided)
Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm (Hybrid)
