Job Responsibilities
  • Manage reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring that it is neat and tidy
  • Manage incoming, outgoing mails and phone directory list
  • Take charge of office\'s electrical license, security alarm (CISCO) and fire extinguishers servicing
  • Take charge of maintenance of apartments, including consumables, liaising and attending to the maintenance.
  • Take charge of office access cards and keys
  • Manage warehousing requirements, including storage and disposal of documents
  • Handle claims/leave application on behalf on Pantry Lady
  • Assist in co-ordination of printing & delivery of B/L, computer forms, Seaway Bills etc to locations within time frame
  • Assist in process of production and distribution of calendars
  • Carry out PO creations/contracts in SAP
  • Assist in work safety management if any, and as and when required
  • Assist in admin projects whenever required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar field
  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Proficient in MS Words and MS Excel
  • Candidate must be a team player, meticulous player
