Logistics 9 Pte LtdWe are a logistics firm based in Singapore, and we are looking for Administrative Office Executive with Basic book keeping and accountant knowledge to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be tasked to support the director and our team and engage in basic HR as well as accountant roles.PR/Local application ONLYStart date: ImmediateCommunication in English and Chinese5 days work week, 9.30am - 6.30pm. Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pmJob Scope:Provide administration support for the company director
Prepare for meetings
Consolidating the company's monthly statement
Liaise with business associates or partners for contract details
Preparation of contracts/documents
Support role to office operations
Recruitment of new hires (posting of ads, arranging interviews and onboarding process)
Payroll
Help with arranging of e-commerce sales - shopee , Lazada, qoo10.
Prepare invoices and update warehouse inventory records.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
