Office Assistant / Personal Assistant
to provide day-to-day office administrative support, as well as personal assistance to the Director.
Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle general administrative and office support duties, including document filing, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping.
Manage office supplies, vendors, and maintenance matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support coordination of meetings, conference calls, and company events.
Assist with onboarding logistics and other HR administrative tasks when required.
Personal Assistance to Director
Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential documents with discretion.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up notes.
Assist in personal matters or errands as required.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally on behalf of the Director.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in office administration or personal assistant roles; experience in financial services or investment environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
