URGENTClosing Date : 22 Mar (9am)Location : Tampines Ave 9Position : Office AttendantContract Period: From 1 June 2024 to 31 December 2025Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:\xef\x82\xb7Mondays to Friday : 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break\xef\x82\xb7Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidaysThe Services required are set out as follows:\xef\x82\xb7Running of errands,\xef\x82\xb7Packing, receiving and sorting of office supplies, documents and collaterals,\xef\x82\xb7 Data entry using Microsoft excel and maintain accurate information of records,\xef\x82\xb7Printing and photocopying jobs,\xef\x82\xb7Support logistics and administrative tasks in school activities and events,\xef\x82\xb7 Keep office clean and tidy,\xef\x82\xb7 Any other duties delegated by Administration Managers, Vice principals and Principal.The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:\xef\x82\xb7Pleasant Personality, willingness and inquisitiveness to learn.\xef\x82\xb7 Be a team player, organized and able to multi-task and priortise daily tasks using today\xe2\x80\x99s office technologies and computer\xef\x82\xb7Preferably have GCE O-Levels or with relevant administrative working experience. Salary ranges from $1,800 - $2,000 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.As the General office is located at Level 2 of the school premises and there is no lift access to Level 2, personnel must be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.
