Job Description

:

  • Assist in the upkeep of records, which includes but not limited to the organizing, updating, filing, and scanning of documents and drawings
  • Perform data entry as required by the department such as the ISO data sheet, materials, weight report, etc
  • Manage and track the distribution and flow of all materials
  • Follow up on the system approval such as for the e-timesheet, overtime request form, daily job card
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and prepare minutes
  • Verify project claims against datasheet
  • Update external manhours
Job Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' level
  • Min 3 years experience in office administration
  • Good in Microsoft Office
  • Prefer stay in West area
Job Type: PermanentSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
