About the Role



We are seeking a proactive Office Experience & Founders Support to provide end-to-end support to the CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role - this role combines executive coordination, operational management, and team enablement.


The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and adaptable - someone who can keep pace with a dynamic leadership style and help translate ideas into action. You will play a critical role in helping the CEO and leadership team operate efficiently while supporting team culture and office operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and commitments. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. Track follow-ups and maintain the CEO's CRM and relationship database. Prepare agendas, notes, and action summaries for leadership and partner meetings. Maintain recurring processes such as weekly 1:1s and leadership syncs. Support the CEO in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives. Handle administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense reports, calendar invitations, and document filing.

Office & Operations Management



Oversee daily office operations and vendor management in the Singapore office. Coordinate logistics for meetings, visitors, and team events. Support HR and Operations with onboarding and administrative processes. Identify and implement process improvements to help teams work more effectively.

Team & Culture Enablement



Organize internal events, celebrations, and offsites to strengthen team culture. Support remote team engagement and communication across time zones. Partner with the leadership and people teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Who We're Looking For



Based in Singapore with flexibility for hybrid work. Experienced in executive support, office management, or operations coordination. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Professional discretion, reliability, and sound judgment. Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
