Location: Orchard
Working hours: 5.5 Days, Office hours
Monday- Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1.00pm
Job description:
- Ensure the operating theatre is in optimal condition for surgeries and that machines/equipment are functioning smoothly
- Prepare LASIK case notes at least a day before the surgery
- Arrange routine maintenance of equipment/fixtures (e.g. Intralase, Excimer, Dehumidifier, and OT doors)
- Perform front counter duties including patient registration, dispensing, booking of operating theatres, collection of payment, providing financial counselling, handling of enquiries through phone calls or email, and appointment fixing
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
- Optometry, opticinary qualification/technician experience would be advantageous
