We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Office & HR Administrator.







Job Responsibliities :



1) Administrative

Perform daily administrative functions including correspondence and internal communication. Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance and procure quotations. Manage procurement of office supplies and pantry replenishments, including issuing Purchase Orders via Microsoft D365 F&O. Serve as primary point of contact for tenancy matters and office operations. Schedule meetings and manage calendar invitations across teams. Liaise with external IT vendors to ensure timely support and resolution of ICT-related needs. Manage incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and other general administrative duties.



2) Human Resource Management

Responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:


Execute full-cycle recruitment processes and manage employee confirmations. Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions. Manage employee leave and benefits through third-party HR portals. Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Maintain and update HR records using Microsoft D365 HR module. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters. Provide support for additional administrative and HR functions as needed.

An experienced candidate may be considered for a higher starting salary





Requirements:



Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration


Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience


* Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
