You will embark on an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a leasing professional while being part of a global business and international team.You will be exposed to different aspects of our Office Leasing Advisory business. Working closely with the dynamic team, you will gain first hand experiences of the following:Landlord Consultancy

• Pre-transaction consultancy work
• Leasing strategy and transactional advice

Tenant Representation

• Workplace Study and Market Research
• Evaluation, shortlisting and selection
• Negotiation of lease and Execution

You will put in the effort to pick up the ins and outs of the industry and work on establishing yourself in the market.Team PlayerWhile you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the Office Leasing Advisory team to service international clients with huge occupancy needs.
