PR/096175 Company and Job Overview -Title?Office Manager (Japanese Speaking) Job Responsibilities
Oversee all back-office operations for the Singapore entity, including accounting, HR, general affairs, and administrative tasks.
Design and improve workflows and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage financial operations such as multi-bank account oversight, vendor payments, preparation of PL/BS reports, and coordination with external accounting and tax firms.
Handle HR processes including payroll preparation, employee data management, recruitment, and administration of benefits programs.
Lead Tokyo branch setup and ongoing management, including coordination with legal, banking, and accounting firms, as well as managing contracts and office assets.
Job Requirements
Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
