Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all back-office operations for the Singapore entity, including accounting, HR, general affairs, and administrative tasks.
  • Design and improve workflows and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage financial operations such as multi-bank account oversight, vendor payments, preparation of PL/BS reports, and coordination with external accounting and tax firms.
  • Handle HR processes including payroll preparation, employee data management, recruitment, and administration of benefits programs.
  • Lead Tokyo branch setup and ongoing management, including coordination with legal, banking, and accounting firms, as well as managing contracts and office assets.
Job Requirements
  • Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$4,000-5,000/month (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: 10?00am ?6?00pm
