Duties and Responsibilities Typical duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the daily activities of the company operations. These activities include but are not limited to: Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Import/Export, Accounting, Purchasing, Employee recruitment, Payroll, and Training, Facilities Safety
  • Develop the standard procedures for all the company operations, ensure all the operations in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and rules.
  • Provides administrative support to the HR Department, answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, employee payroll questions, payroll processing etc.
  • Assist CEO in the management of daily activities of the company operations.
  • Responsible for document & file management of the company, and submit them to headquarter for review and backup.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
  • 10+ working experience in Medical Device company
  • Strong PC skills. Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
