Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Office Manager

to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.


You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, managing administrative staff, and supporting management in operational matters.


Key Responsibilities:



general office administration, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies. Manage reception, mail, and office logistics. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Maintain company records, expense reports, and office budgets. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Assist management with meetings, reporting, and scheduling.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in office administration or management. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
