Manage and in-charge office administrative team and activities including, requisitions of office/pantry supplies, servicing of office equipment, manage 1 receptionist and driver.
Support staff traveling or business needs, including VISA, ticket, hotel and restaurant booking.
Support all government agencies (eg. MOM, EDB, etc.) survey/reports.
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services.
Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor in Business Management or any relevant disciplines
At least 2 year of work experience in administrative field or office manager. Prior people management experience within multinational corporation will be preferred
Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Self-driven individual and able to work independently
